I have been subscribed to your Langa List for several months now and just wanted you to know how much I enjoy it and learn from it. I have subscribed to several lists that promote the same format as your letter but none have the in-depth content and what I call "digging for the facts" as your letter. I own a computer business and am always looking for a way to learn more about the things I build and service and sell. I don't know if we'll ever know it all, but it's fun trying. Thanks again for your efforts, they are very much appreciated.

KUDOS! KUDOS! Tremendous newsletter! One of the better decisions we made for our business. Every newsletter is copied to a disk, edited, printed, then placed in a notebook by category. Being a small business, where you are and do everything, so little time remains to really study computers, especially problems and glitches.

Fred, as far as I am concerned, you provide one of the best news letters I have ever subscribed to. I have learned much reading your articles in <smile> Windows Magazine. Which may have gone by the way side but that's all right. I realize what the bottom line means to companies. I mean after all, General Motors is getting into the mix wanting a piece if the internet action.......What next? sigh Big corporations leave a lot to be desired. I view them as I do developers. They rape the land and screw the people....I will get off my soap box now. All I can say is ( I can say more as Claudia always says) keep up the good work. I support you and your effort knowing that there are very few people who can deliver helpful information that can make a persons computing experience better.
