Subject: Thanks

Dear Fred:

I have been subscribed to your Langa List for several months now and just wanted you to know how much I enjoy it and learn from it. I have subscribed to several lists that promote the same format as your letter but none have the in-depth content and what I call "digging for the facts" as your letter. I own a computer business and am always looking for a way to learn more about the things I build and service and sell. I don't know if we'll ever know it all, but it's fun trying. Thanks again for your efforts, they are very much appreciated.

Sincerely

Tom Hower

KUDOS! KUDOS! Tremendous newsletter! One of the better decisions we made for our business. Every newsletter is copied to a disk, edited, printed, then placed in a notebook by category. Being a small business, where you are and do everything, so little time remains to really study computers, especially problems and glitches.

Sincerely yours

Dear Fred:

I want you to know how much I enjoy reading your column and your newsletter. I have learned so much from both of these sources. I personally appreciate your professionalism. You cut to the chase but moreover you do your homework before you pass on the "fix" or your advise. Thank you.

Your newsletter is something I look forward to reading every week. You certainly have one of the best sources of PC related info that I've seen. And as an IT analyst who is constantly reading all kinds of computer/IT related info, I see a LOT of them.

Thanks for writing and publishing the regular letter. As a teacher of computing and IT (and computer addict) I find it very informative and am glad of the pointers to other useful sites.

Subject: Thank you, Mr. Langa!

Dear Mr. Langa, I am not in the habit of writing to any "magazine icons", but Thanks a million . It is very rare to have something written out, suggested and actually working out as described as that article of yours was. And I always enjoyed your articles for their insight, humor, and information...

Fred,

I have been in this business since 1959 and rarely have I encountered a tool that was as easy to use and so thoroughly useful as your BT2K package. I thought the previous version was great, but this time you have exceeded even that high standard. Congratulations on a superlative job. G W Bailey

Dear Mr. Langa:

This is my 3rd or 4th Langalist. I'm delighted with it, with your mix of information and lightness, and your regular grins end "page". Glad I joined. Thank you for producing and distributing this service.

Fred, as far as I am concerned, you provide one of the best news letters I have ever subscribed to. I have learned much reading your articles in <smile> Windows Magazine. Which may have gone by the way side but that's all right. I realize what the bottom line means to companies. I mean after all, General Motors is getting into the mix wanting a piece if the internet action.......What next? sigh Big corporations leave a lot to be desired. I view them as I do developers. They rape the land and screw the people....I will get off my soap box now. All I can say is ( I can say more as Claudia always says) keep up the good work. I support you and your effort knowing that there are very few people who can deliver helpful information that can make a persons computing experience better. I will continue to support your efforts and spread the word about your list.

Sincerely,
Frank Suszka
