With the extensive infrstructure to mirror the program in 37 languages the process starts with a central site. Then when the mirrors finish loading the "Official" announcment is made.

So the upload of the revised Home site pages were like a military H hour signal, not a secret early release.

I know so many tout the FireFox browser, but I am starting to hate it more every day!!
SO, it is supposed to work better with web site development and be true to "physics' HU???
If you notice, lots of News sites like Fox .....One Place Now, etc. do not set up their site software to be read by this 2nd. rate browser!
Time and time again I will be browsing and find lines overlapping, Pictures out of sink with first lines, on and on!! Then I go, to the IE#6 Browser and everything is in order!!! What's the scoop???
